Terms
Short version: we are two people selling one thing at a time. Here is what you can hold us to.
Who you are buying from
Allon is run by two people, not a company with a legal department. We say this because it sets your expectations correctly: we are slower than Amazon, we answer our own email, and when something goes wrong you are talking to the person who packed the order rather than to a queue.
Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars and include shipping and import duties. Payment is handled by PayPal — we never see or store your card details.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The sale is complete when we confirm it by email. If we have made an obvious pricing mistake we will tell you and refund you rather than quietly ship or quietly cancel.
Delivery
We ship to the United States, from China, in 7–20 business days. Duties are already paid. Full detail is on the shipping page and those numbers are the ones we stand behind.
What we cannot promise is an exact date, because customs processing is outside anyone's control. If a parcel goes past the window, that is what the refund policy is for.
Returns and refunds
30 days, and for items under $20 you usually do not have to send anything back. The refund policy page is the full version and it is part of these terms.
What we do not guarantee
That a product stays in stock, or that the exact colour you want is available on any given day. When something sells out we take it down rather than take your money.
Product photographs are of the actual product. Colours can still look different on your screen than in your hand, and that alone is covered by the refund policy anyway.
If there is a problem, email us first
Not because we want to make it hard — the opposite. A refund from us takes two business days; a payment dispute takes both of us weeks and ends in the same place. We have never argued with anyone over a $20 order and we do not intend to start.
The site itself
The text, photographs and design here are ours. Please do not lift them wholesale for another shop.
We may change these terms as the shop grows. The version live on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.
