Short version: we ship from China, it takes 7–20 business days, and there is nothing left to pay when it arrives.
Where your order ships from
Our products are made and dispatched from China. We say this up front because it is the single thing that most affects how long you wait — and we would rather you know before you order than wonder afterwards.
How long delivery takes
7–20 business days from the day you order to the day it reaches your door. Most orders land toward the middle of that range. Customs processing is the part that varies, and it is the part nobody can promise a date on.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is handed to the carrier.
Shipping cost
Free on every order. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.
Duties and taxes
Already included. You will not be asked to pay anything on delivery. Import duties are paid by us before the parcel reaches you (this is what carriers call Delivered Duty Paid).
If anyone ever asks you for money to release an Allon package, that is not us — email us and we will sort it out.
